Your 50-minute session is entirely focused on you. We begin by reviewing your intake form and understanding where you are in your journey — your history, your current challenges, and your goals. From there we explore the areas most relevant to your situation, which may include natural conception strategy, IVF preparation, stress and nervous system support, lifestyle and environment, movement guidance, and emotional wellbeing.
No - this is a wellness and educational consultation, not a medical appointment. Laura is not a doctor and will not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or interpret clinical test results. What she offers is deeply informed, personalised guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, mindset and whole-body fertility optimisation, drawn from decades of research and lived experience. This consultation works best alongside, not instead of, your medical team.
Fertility clinics and doctors focus on clinical diagnosis and medical treatment - which is essential. They don't necessarily focus on lifestyle factors, nutrition, stress levels, sleep, mindset, supplement, or the environmental factors that might be affecting your fertility.
Once you book, you will receive a detailed intake form to complete before your session. This helps give Laura a better understanding of your history, issues and goals to discuss.
Absolutely. Laura often works with women trying to conceive naturally - understanding their cycle, optimising their nutrition and lifestyle, supporting egg quality in the months before trying, and building a clear conception strategy. You do not need to be going through IVF to benefit.
Yes, and this is one of the areas Laura feels passionate about. A low AMH number is a data point, not a sentence. Your ovaries are living, responsive tissue. The lifestyle modifications you make 180- 90 days before treatment can have a meaningfully influence how they respond.
It is never too late. While ideally we would begin 3–6 months before a cycle to influence egg quality during maturation, there is always something meaningful we can do - whether you are mid-stimulation, preparing for transfer, or in the two week wait. Each phase has specific nutritional, supplemental, and lifestyle support that can make a real difference.
Yes, absolutely. Fertility is a shared journey and partners are always welcome. Male factor plays a role in up to 50% of fertility challenges, so having your partner present is not essential but can be enormously valuable.
There is no age limit, and it is not too late. Laura works with women across all ages and stages — including those who have been told to give up hope.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Yes, many clients choose to book follow-up sessions as their journey progresses, their circumstances change, or as they move into a new phase such as an IVF cycle or the two week wait. Follow-up sessions can be booked directly after your first consultation.
