1️⃣ Check your inbox
You will shortly receive an email from us with two important links inside.
2️⃣ Complete your pre-consultation questionnaire
The first link takes you to your intake form. Please fill this in before your session - the more you share, the more we can personalise your consultation.
❗️Please note that we are unable to proceed with your consultation without a completed questionnaire received at least 48 hours beforehand. We appreciate your understanding.
3️⃣ Choose your date and time
The second link takes you to the booking calendar. Select the date and time that works best for you to confirm your consultation slot.
If you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder - it sometimes ends up there.
If it is still not there, please reach out to us directly at info@peakvitalitypodcast.com and we will get it sorted for you straight away.
